Mr. Spoto was the League representative for the game between Snow Kids and Red Tigers at Akilian Stadium.
History[]
He was chosen as the representative for the game and at a league meeting on planet Oeno, General Bleylock told him to make sure Aarch's team won the game against The Red Tigers. He was curious as to why Technoid wanted the Aarch team to win and official league recognition but Bleylock said nothing to him and handed him a briehave case full of cash. Later he travels to Akillian to meet Aarch and Artegor Nexus and announce that he will be the representative of the match and that he will make sure that the match follows the rules of the Galactik Football Cup. He may have something to do with the penalty for the two Red Tigers players when Tia was needed.
